The link between Health and Behavior
There is a significant association between health and behavior (Short & Mollborn 2015). Foremost, behavior determines an individual's emotional and physical well-being. For instance, an individual addicted to drugs may have negative psychological effects, affecting their healthy eating habits. Besides, poor nutrition and lack of exercise may deteriorate a person's well-being, making them susceptible to mental disorders such as anxiety, depression, and fatigue. Therefore, there is a significant relationship between health and behavior.
The Role of Public Health?
Public health evaluates a pandemic's economic and social effect on communities and individuals (Short & Mollborn 2015). Besides, public health workers restore, promote, improve and protect people's health by ensuring collective responsibilities. Lastly, public health advances research to influence and inform practice and policies regarding people's well-being.
The Anticipated Problem in Implementing the Three Levels Prevention
The three levels of prevention include tertiary, secondary, and primary (Lee & Oh, 2020).
