Human being has different ways of describing what is meant by care giving. This has been made intricate by the use of technology in health care institutes a thing that was not there before. When one think of care giving, some think of support, kindness, and making a positive difference in the health and lives of the sick individuals. The viewpoint of care giving entails great passion for patient care. In this case, care giving entails providing high quality, accessible and value-driven care that comprises the whole individual from body, mind and spirit as well as being dedicated to satisfying the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of any given patient. The imminent reasons have brought an issue on Healing Hospital a Daring Paradigm, hence becoming a concern to many. This paper seeks to look at the components of healing hospitals and their relationship to spirituality and the challenges of creating a healing environment in light of the barriers and complexities of the hospital environment among others.
Components of healing hospitals

The new focus does not only care for the disease process but also cares about the benefit brought by a healing environment. According to the latest research on healing hospitals, it has been possible for healthcare organizations to realize the benefits associated with healing environment Hosking, & Haggard, (1999).
Research on healing hospital paradigm discloses that heath care providers need to take people to another level. Apart from patients, the changes can as well reduce medical errors as well hospital-acquired contaminations; hence improve the staff, morale and efficiency.
For everything to go well and make health care organization to be a healing hospital paradigm, it is fundamental to note that healing environment, goes beyond just the essential construction materials that makes a hospital. Though several amendments on healthcare organizations were not there before, the modern actual healing environments are constructed to help patients and their families to muddle through stress of illness. This starts from minimizing the noises of every machine or nurses stations which many cases causes destructions and stress to patients.
According to (Eberst, 2008), he argues that noise can inhibit healing and should be avoided. Although many hospitals are under construction to become more modern and healing environments, research suggests that construction should be done while clients are not quiescent to avoid healing inhabiting, and patients can be given time to rest while there is no noise hence recover quickly.
Relationship to spirituality
Apart from constructing and providing healing environment which are the paramount components of a healing hospital, spirituality is also a key factor that is vital in healing hospitals.
