Introduction
Food is one of the basic needs essential for human beings' survival. Food provides us vital nutrients such as proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and minerals essential to proper body growth. Our body requires a tremendous amount of energy for significant functions. However, eating is not important, but the quality and quantity of what we eat determine our healthy being. According to WHO (2020), quality food means that the body can get essentials nutrients faster. Contrary, poor-quality food is detrimental to human health. Therefore, we must eat healthy food of the right quality. The following tables show my consumed foods on Wednesday, 23 May 2022. The tables list the food type, quantity, and percentages of sodium, sugar, and fats.
