Introduction
Researches form an integral part of the medical field. It is from the findings of the research that improvements are made in the medical field. In the recent past, nurses have adopted an evidence based practice. This is where they seek to integrate the findings of various researches into the medical field (Hall, 2012). This is meant to ensure that the findings of the various researches conducted become beneficial to the society. This discussion looks at the manner in which nurses have increasingly incorporated research based practice in their interaction as well as decision making process.
Rapport with Clients
In order to successfully and properly integrate evidence based practice, nurses have begin creating rapport with patients. It has been established that a patient’s condition largely depends on the treatment they receive from nurses. As such, it has been found to be of importance that a good relationship is created between the nurses and patients.
