Banner Health is one of the most famous non-profit healthcare organizations in the world. Based in Arizona, this organization has been around since 1999 and currently operates over 26 specialized facilities and hospitals all across the United States. As of December 2017, more than 45,000 doctors, nurses and other staff work for Banner Health. Just like other similar non-profit healthcare organizations, Banner Health ensures the provision of outpatient surgery, home care services, primary and hospital care, pharmacy, rehabilitation services and others (Kuhn & Lehn, 2015).

It’s safe to say that Banner Health is a varied body of outstanding medical services, and has devoted itself to the welfare and betterment of the general public. With the passage of time, Banner Health has provided the people of Alaska, Nevada, Wyoming, Arizona, Nebraska, California and Colorado cheap or free medical facilities. Its network spans both small and large states, and the organization’s goal is patient satisfaction. The facilities Banner Health is providing have always been on the front line when it comes to providing patients with cheap yet top-quality medical facilities and healthcare services. The organization’s representatives work day and night to provide best quality services at reasonable or no costs, and this is one of the secrets of Banner Health’s success (Stonard, 2017).
The healthcare is a diverse field that requires consistent research and involvement of scientists, doctors, nurses and other qualified and experienced individuals. Scientific evidence has demonstrated that just like people of other countries, Americans deserve best and timely healthcare services. Various non-profit organizations are working in this regard, but Banner Health stands out of the crowd due to its excellent and cooperative staff. Doctors, nurses, researchers and other staff members have been the leaders in their respective fields. They cooperate with each other, as well as the patients, and tend to accomplish all health-related projects in a better and comprehensive way. We can call it a philanthropic organization that has built up a domain for itself and is now recognized the world over due to its incredible human services (Kuhn & Lehn, 2015).
The management of Banner Health encourages the employees to participate its mid-year and annual performance evaluation tasks, which are actually designed to help them exceed the performance of other similar healthcare organizations in the United States. This system has allowed both the management and employees to review what’s going on and what needs to be changed. For example, the organization recently reviewed and changed its practices in areas like ICU, health failure, open-heart surgery, and stroke. Banner Health hires employees on the basis of their educational background, experience, and capabilities and doesn’t believe in the reference system. Thus, we can say that Banner Health’s workforce management program is one of the best and that the organization has hired only the best and qualified individuals who are ready to devote themselves fully to the welfare and betterment of the humanity (Stonard, 2017).
