Learning is a continuous process that continues even after graduating. Some of these lessons are improved throughout the learning course (Riley, 2015). In my masters, I have expanded my knowledge of the importance of listening. Riley (2015) says that communication is a fundamental factor in nursing practice despite its level. Listening is an integral part of effective communication, which subsequently translates to improved healthcare services.
In managerial instances, Wagner et al. (2015) say that communication runs the healthcare sector. Most people in administrative positions are dictators who suppress the democracy of the people working below them.
