To maintain efficient and high-quality healthcare for patients, it is the role of healthcare leaders to be able to go through the cycle of control process and make it as useful as possible. Particularly, a quick evaluation and response as needs come into place could make sure that the provision of services is continually improved upon by the whole organization. However, doing this is not as easy as possible for there are always some factors that could hinder the fast turnover between results, evaluation, and intervention. Some of these hindrances could include the social relationship between the patient, bureaucratic barriers, shifting problems, among others.
