Scholarly researchers argued that public awareness, knowledge, and understanding of mental wellness are limited due to poor healthcare interventions and a lack of a supportive learning environment (Wiedermann et al., 2023). As a result, the young population suffers from continuous mental disorders like stress, depression, and anxiety. Mental wellness requires significant awareness from healthcare professionals to acquire essential medical assistance and a prosperous lifestyle (Elkefi et al., 2023). This paper discusses the learning environment and targeted outcomes of mental wellness programs designed for diverse populations, followed by technological integrations. Discussion Mental Wellness Education The purpose of this education plan is to engage people in embracing cognitive disorders and participating in learning programs to achieve mental wellness. Cognitive disorders like stress, anxiety, and depression are common conditions in people. According to Mahindru et al. (2023), healthcare interventions offer limited solutions to educate people about cognitive disorders and support them through collaborative learning programs. As a result, most patients remain unidentified with psychological imbalances and undergo severity in the long run (Mensah, 2021). The education plan will mitigate the constraints and offer a robust learning module in a clinical setting designed for a diverse population. Clinical Setting A clinical setting is a physical environment that influences patient’s participation and learning outcomes of a healthcare program in the long run. Sui et al. (2023) argued that the clinical setting should offer four specific features. For instance, sensory designs, engagement tools, social-relational factors, and affective experience would strengthen learning outcomes in clinical settings (See Figure 1 in the Appendices). Each factor improves the patient’s interest in the learning module and encourages participation with caregivers and peers. The clinical setting factors would influence subliminal behavior in communicating with people and discussing cognitive challenges for robust diagnosis (Rusticus et al., 2023). Patient-Centric Learner Outcomes The proposed learning program anticipates three patient-centric outcomes to value the healthcare interventions in optimizing mental wellness: * The program would educate patients about disruptions in motor and cognitive behaviors to identify mental conditions. * Patients could easily overstep misconceptions and fear of disclosure after this program while embracing mental disorders among peers, friends, and family members. * Patients could understand the potential impacts of ignored treatments of cognitive disorders and feel encouraged to reach healthcare facilities to mitigate the effects.
