These individuals work from different angles to address complex issues by designing, planning, engineering, and managing infrastructure to facilitate sustainable solutions in building and construction. WSP has a broad range of experts ranging from project managers, consultants, planners, environmental specialists, scientists, engineers, surveyors, and technicians. As a project manager and consultant at WSP, my roles include managing project scope, schedules, and budgets by coordinating with other experts to ensure that the clients are fully satisfied. A person is expected to become familiar with the project objectives and business environment so that one can lead different projects effectively. In addition, a project manager and consultant at WSP coordinates activities and ensures that each team member is allocated tasks that he or she can complete successfully within the given deadline. An individual uses various project management tools, strategies, and methods to plan projects and make sure that they align with the stakeholders’ expectations and business needs.
