* When reporting intelligence test it is important to indicate the name of the tests score and date, when the test was administered (Venn, 2014). Since different tests focus on different aspects of intelligence and rely on different methodologies, details on these tests help to determine the child’s strengths and weaknesses.
* There is a positive correlation between intelligence and creativity, but the intelligence test results should not be relied upon to assess creativity, as creativity is broad and there are specific tests on this (Venn, 2014). Development, learning processes, individual needs, the extent and severity of special needs, and multiple deficiencies affect learning, and using intelligence testing can help to meet the student leaning needs.
