Applying for a teaching job at University Statement

Hi. I am planning to apply to a teaching position at a University and they want a
Statement on research and service and statement of teaching methodology, including curricular development that the individual has initiated and executed"
I do not know how to do it, so could you please help in this regards"

"Full-time instructor position or higher: Responsibilities include teaching introductory level First Year Experience /Learning Essentials Course(s) to a diverse student body. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching at the college entry level in an American Style University, demonstrate excellence in teaching first-year students and courses, ability to use engaging pedagogy that involves students in the learning process, and are committed to general education and the liberal arts. Doctoral Degree in Education, Psychology or related field in the Social Sciences is preferred; however, candidates meeting the criteria with a Master’s degree may be considered"
