For this assignment, you will develop a 10-question survey to identify factors for increasing organizational happiness. You may distribute the surveys at your organization (with permission) or through a snowball sampling approach (e.g., peers or friends). You will submit a copy of your survey, a cover letter, and a 1- to 2-page summary of the survey development process.
You will analyze and report your survey’s results in Module 8.
Step 1
Develop 10 Likert-scale survey questions and a professional cover letter to invite people to participate in the survey. You may use SurveyMonkey or Google Forms to create and distribute the survey. Your survey should address:
Organizational happiness
Employees’ perceptions and job attitudes
Support for stress management and well-being

Step 2
Review your survey design and questions to check for purpose and clarity. Be sure to only ask one question at a time. You might find it helpful to ask a friend or colleague to review the survey and provide you with feedback.
Step 3
Invite peers, colleagues, or friends to participate in the survey. Distribute the professional cover letter via email or another digital platform with a link for participants to complete the survey.
Step 4
Summarize your survey development process in a 1-page paper with APA in-text citations. Explain what resources assisted you in the question topics and survey design.
Step 5
Submit your APA-formatted title page, survey cover letter, survey, 1-page summary, and a reference page.
