This research has given me the opportunity to understand other children as well as myself. As an ECS student, I was able to experience how to interact with children, and know which strategy are best for managing them. In my three placements at different daycares, I was able to spend time with different children, and each of them gave me an idea of how they are motivated, and which activities they are interested in. In our research, we delved into the motivation of different children in different levels, and compared the levels of face-face interaction, vs synchronous virtual classes. The research found out that more than 90% of the children were motivated more in live interaction than classes in the virtual setting.
