Three of the students are gifted learners, while three have learning disabilities.
These factors will determine the instructional strategies used to facilitate learning for every student.

The national and state standards for this case are primary because the lesson plan is for grade three. The students belong to different proficiency levels, and therefore, the scale levels used include beginners, developing, expanding, consolidating, and bridging.
