In this assignment, you will assess and rank your leadership qualities in a self-assessment. Then, you will compose a 2 page paper reflecting on your strengths and opportunities for growth. Step 1 Review the module readings, presentations, and discussion. Download the ACE Leadership Qualities Reflection Template and preview all sections. Step 2 Use the template’s appendix to rank and self-assess each leadership quality. Identify your personal areas of strength and opportunities for growth. Rank each quality as a leadership priority for your professional context from 1 (most important) to 25 (least important). Then, for each quality, mark an “X” beneath “Doesn’t Do Well,” “Does Somewhat Well,” or “Does Well” Step 3 You will incorporate at least three sources into your paper. Use the following questions to guide your thinking: What is your preferred and dominant leadership style (e.g., transformational leadership, situational leadership, etc.)?
