Assessing Students with Disability using the Test of Early Reading Ability
Assessment to be used
           One of the assessment models used in assessing students with special needs is the Test of Early Reading Ability third edition, famously referred to as (TERA 3). This assessment test is likely to be used in the assessment assignment. This test assesses learners’ knowledge of the alphabet, conversancy with print as well as the ability of learners to construct meaning from print. It is recommended for k-12 learners aged between 3.5 to 8.5 years.
