Mathematics is never an easy subject. Neither it is for the student nor the educator. Yet, teaching mathematics is always fun. It allows the educator to maximize his creativity in making this daunting subject interesting for his students. In line with my own experience in teaching Whole Number Relationships, I found out that aside from creativity, the educator must also show a great sense of enthusiasm to capture the attention of his students. Upon teaching for a while, this importance was again reiterated as I realized that the mere fear of getting a low grade or guidance given by the educators are not as effective as the personal creativity and enthusiasm of the teacher itself.
