The models of adult learning were developed in order to meet the adult’s conditions of learning. They were developed for better understanding of the adult’s reception to new information and reach all the adults that were willing to learn (Reiser & Dempsey, 2012). The adult learning models also encompasses the main perceptions of behavioral experience and change. Numerous models for adult learning have been developed in order to accomplish the desired target for adult learning. Among the adult learning models, andragogic model though a bit ancient has proved to be viable for implementation of our organization’s approach to professional development.

The performances are usually improved through learning of new techniques and ways as well as changing and upgrading career course that would result to promotion. In addition, the lessons that the adults learn would be more effective as well as embraced if the subject is likely to be practiced with immediate effect. The grown up people have the mind that is focused on solving problems and thus learning challenging topics will give them the platform to explore and strive to accomplish any assignments offered to them(Reiser & Dempsey, 2012). This would be an addition to the organization as professionalism will be evident through learning.
The aspect of experience is one of the best practices for adult learning, as they would familiarize themselves with what they have been through leading to better understanding of the topic. The adults also like seeing or practicing the facts of what they are taught. Experiential learning theory puts emphasis on the role of true exper...
