Many projects in organizations are managed through writing. In order for the management of such projects to be successful, it is essential that writing involves higher level of creativity. In different organizations, there is adoption of varied methods of writing as a method of organizing projects. It is crucial to note that; some projects at workplace require more engagement of strong writing skills so that there is attainment of the required goal. For instance, usability projects require higher level of writing skills due to the sensitivity of such projects to the whole growth of organizations. Such writings require special documentation such as written test plan. Such test plans are essential in ensuring that a project is kept on track. This view emanates from the realization that; usually a project at workplace entails engagement of several people. There is therefore need to have well written test plans which facilitate communication to everyone involved in the given project.
A professional writer must utilize essential writing skills in order to arrive. Writing in usability testing reinforces the crucial skills that a professional writer needs to have. Communication skills such as drawing of attention and adopting methods of emphasizing crucial points come to be emphasized in the process of presenting writings in usability testing.
