The Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the Department of State and the Internal Revenue services (IRS) are all United States agencies. The OPM is in control of the civil service personnel management (Archuleta, 2014). It embraces services such as the listing of the federal vacancies, news releases, human resources reports, additional official information and upcoming events. On the other the IRS is a section of the treasury department of the U.S. charged with the responsibility of tax law enforcement and tax collection (GAO, 2016). It enlightens acquiescent taxpayers levy regulations and makes affirm those who challenge it. The Department of State is charged with the responsibility of internal relation of the America (Jie, 2016). Leads the country in issues concerning foreign policies and also advise the president on the same. It represents the U.S. at UN. It makes agreements with other republics and also negotiates accords (Jie, 2016). The three agencies are essential for any government. They build an excellent internal relationship within a nation and better the reputation of a country. Thus, necessitating focus on trade-offs among the three agencies. The joint mission among the three organizations will be to offer efficient and effective services to the United States citizens in the country and abroad.

The OPM will guide U.S. agencies develop strategies to facilitate activities such as unification individual's personal information, learning, training and development, advice and guidance, information sharing and developmental activities.
