The citizens of America have lobbied many laws and regulation that would once and for all, bring true justice to the people in the terms that they are able to fully actualize their rights. A big issue that concerns this situation is that the healthcare of the United States is often provided by various stakeholders that most commonly belong to the private sector. The stakeholders that come from the public sector usually have less influence and power in propagating their systems of distributing healthcare to the citizens. since there are many legal entities involved in the decision making of finalizing the system for Health-care, often, the results become complicated and the system hard to change. this issue give birth to the question of how people are going to garner health care resource that is fair and to the citizens concerned.
