Mark Anthony is the director of Subtle Ecosystems Consultancy, a consultancy firm that started back in the year 2004. It one of the major players in the field of green economy audits and training in the country and of late has spread it wings to the rest of the world. Mark has been at the helm of conservation efforts throughout the country and around the world. He is also the chairman of the leading non-governmental organization called Build the Earth. This is an organization that offers volunteers a chance to participate in conservational measures around the world. As of today, the organization has spread to over 36 countries across America, Europe, Africa, Asia, Russia and Australia, setting up and organizing conservancies for the wild life and the endangered species. He is also a part time lecturer at one of the local college, which he assisted establish in 2007.
Over the years, Prof Mark has built a reputation to emulate and is known to many as the leader in any thing environmental. Other than the fact that he has excellent experience which he has gained over the years through his firms and organizations, he has also been one of the key delegates at the environmental summits and congregations and is known for firm stand against unsustainable development. He has also been a key player in the formulation of local and international policies regarding the environmental conservation and the impacts of development in nature. Getting a chance to interview with him was quite a challenge given his busy schedule, but it all worth it (Nierenberg, 2005).

The interview
The interview started at eight and was over by nine, as the director had attend a meeting organized by several other leaders in the industry and some government officials in the ministry of education. I introduced myself and thanked the Professor for finding time to meet with me and interview even though his program was tie up. After the introductions, I explained how I developed my passion for the environmental conservation activities and later how I decided to join the degree program. At the end of the personal portfolio, I showed Prof Mark, my credentials and the resume that I had prepared for the interview.
