Having gained knowledge and vast insight into effective communication strategies, I have been a great communicator, where I have always listened to others and felt heard. However, there are several strategies to continue enhancing my credibility as a professional communicator. These include continuous professional learning and skill development, where one actively seeks opportunities to develop their knowledge and skills (Brumberger & Lauer, 2020). This strategy will work because one aims to stay updated in their area of expertise, which shows a strong commitment to growth.
