The Affordable Care Act which is popularly known as Obamacare that is anticipated to be fully implemented at the beginning of 2014 is predicted to be a disaster far and wide (Krugman, 2013). From a political perspective point of view, the republicans are counting on an administrative disaster cautioning consumers on terrible shock ahead. It is a common phenomenon to encounter problems with new government initiatives, and this case the opposing force of this policy are doing everything to sabotage reforms (Chait, 2013). Since the current president is popular, the public opinion is influenced to the implementation of the policy, and the president`s position is in response to public preference in anticipation of future public opinion that influences one another. The policy on the other hand is being suggested by experts as a real Obamacare shock that will be of unexpected success. Experts have demonstrated that this is a conservative reform that does not have a political sense because majority of people who do not have health insurance will realize the effect of the policy.
