You need to be on the look-out for when you will be putting your plan into place.

Part 3: End of the Week
Under this heading, you will have the opportunity to reflect on the process that you went through for your Communication Change Challenge. Use the following sub-section headings for your responses (see template). You will evaluate the impact of the project as it relates to interpersonal communication and the course objectives (COs). It is important here that you clearly demonstrate your understanding of the course concepts through application to your course project.
Remember that your patterns for communicating interpersonally have been developed over many years. Therefore, you should be neither surprised nor discouraged to find that changing your interpersonal communication behavior takes time. In order for you to take this project to its fullest potential, you may need to continue to modify, implement, and reinforce these new behaviors for far longer than the duration of the project. It is possible, however, to modify the way you communicate because the payoff is improvement to our communication and relationship outcomes. Changing interpersonal communication for the better is worth the effort.

Part 1: Beginning of the Week
In this section of the paper, I have opted to utilize a buddy as a representative of someone with whom I share similar communication abilities or a similar writing style. My friends are among the best references because we are drawn to people who share our preferences and behaviors. Possibilities associated with implementing this plan include gaining fresh perspectives and communication skills that may be applied in various real-world situations. This will also create some possibilities for a better job, as the better a person communicates, the more likely it is that they will be promoted inside a particular firm. The strategy will be carried out each time my friend and I get together this week. I will adjust my communication style as much as I can to see how it affects their reactions.
Part 2: Middle of the Week
As was previously said, my pals will participate in this study. Since conversation does not need to occur in a specific location, the scene can be anywhere. My pal and I communicate in a very informal manner. There needs to be an official communication taking place. This means that answering their inquiry after a brief pause and deviating from my standard response will alter the probable response from the receiver. As my friend and I typically respond in slang, employing formal language will significantly shift our communication style.
To better understand the exchange and change of communication style, the following will be a simple scenario that will put in detail the exchange of communication:
Friend - Have you done your homework already...
