The campaign advertisement suggests that Joe Biden will support police defunding one he becomes the United States president, therefore increasing the rate of crime in the state. The campaign is enclosed around the unreturned phone call at the police station. In the answering machine, a voice says, "You have reached the 9-1-1 police emergency line, due to defunding of the police department, we are sorry, but no one is here to take your call.” As the campaign advertisement ends, it is highlighted that those supporting Joe Biden are advocating for the defunding of police departments. As such, as Donald Trump states, it will not be safe living in America because of the high rates of violent crimes.
