Q1. A couple of years ago, the popular television program Newsroom included a diatribe by Will McAvoy (played by Jeff Daniels) questioning whether or not America was the greatest country in the world. 
According to the Gapminder (2020) the US life expectancy is 78.6 years and per person (GDP/ capita, PPS inflation adjusted) is $ 56,700. There are countries with better life expectancy and income per person, including: Switzerland, Kuwait, Norway, Ireland, Singapore, Luxembourg and Qatar. The US remains a great country, but there has been a decline and the US is no longer the greatest country in the world. When considering education, economic inequalities, healthcare disparities, the criminal justice system and life expectancy there are other countries that a fare better than the US .
