TQ revolves around improvement involving all employees and stakeholders in enhancing products, processes and services (Goetsch & Davis, 2021). It is an approach that requires consideration of several steps to effectively achieve a TQ organization. By giving priority to the following steps, an organization can embrace the TQ mindset and unlock its potential for success and competitive advantage in today’s fiercely competitive business environments. First and foremost, senior management must show unwavering dedication to TQ principles. This dedication should be visible through promoting and championing the TQ initiative, setting the tone for the organization and inspiring full participation.
