TQ revolves around improvement involving all employees and stakeholders in enhancing products, processes and services (Goetsch & Davis, 2021). It is an approach that requires consideration of several steps to effectively achieve a TQ organization. By giving priority to the following steps, an organization can embrace the TQ mindset and unlock its potential for success and competitive advantage in today’s fiercely competitive business environments.
