Notably, these firms target specific clients when marketing their goods and services (Kotler, Kartajaya, & Setiawan, 2021). However, they are supposed to protect their customers’ data on the web.

Augmented marketing entails adding value to something by innovating. When companies gather data, they use it to advertise their products and services to potential clients.

Another vital lesson acquired from this session is that augmented marketing empowers employees in using digital technologies. In that light, workers can communicate with customers to know whether the goods and services provided are satisfying their needs entirely.
