There are various gifts of the motivational gifts test including being a server, teacher and encourager, and leaders exhibit these qualities as they serve, teach and encourage their followers. A server is a person who recognizes their surroundings and show more loyalty through actions rather than words (Gifts test.com, 2015). This extends to helping those in need, and there is no pressure to be the center of attention. This is also closely tied to the giving regardless of one’s source of income. The gift of a perceiver is 75% indicating that there is a clear-cut knowledge on what is right and wrong, and while talking to people there is a risk that they would see my actions as being disrespectful for being blunt.
The Jung Typology test focusing on personality showed that there was intuition, introverted thinking and preference for judging over perceiving. There is also a moderate preference for introversion over extraversion at 50%. There is also a slight preference for intuition over sensing at 16%, slight preference of thinking over feelings (9%) and slight preference of judging over perceiving 16% (Humanmetrics.com, 2015). Despite being introverted there is a sense of self-reassurance and pragmatism, and this is vital to getting things done as leaders inspire their followers to achieve the agreed goals. This is especially because of the ability to identify new ideas, negotiate and solve complex problems.
Communication styles can be expressive, conventional or strategic (Leadership framing.com, 2015). Conventional communicators are effective in conveying meaning because they focus on the circumstances. Since conventional speakers are sensitive to framing their ideas they follow communication rules and social norms (Leadership framing.com, 2015). However, conventional speakers tend to be more reactive rather than proactive to the situation, and this can be challenging when managing complex issues (Leadership framing.com, 2015).
