In spite of PepsiCo having recognized brands worldwide, there is a need to expand beyond the traditional markets. The soft drinks industry is mainly dominated by the Coca Cola Company and reaching out to more customers would help the company to be more competitive. For this to be achievable there is a need to utilize the Strategic Management Analytical Paradigm.
Method
Analysis of the market situation would show the level of competition and hence understanding the factors that lead to success of products in various markets is vital. Thus, the company will look into the taste and preferences of consumers from various places and develop more healthy products. Additionally, PepsiCo will still use celebrities as for promotional purposes like in the traditional markets (Saeidinia& Salehi, 2012).
Results
