Various stakeholders are involved in accomplishing organizational goals and each stakeholder has a different priority from another. Therefore, it is important to balance their interests otherwise they will conflict. This paper gives a review of how these stakeholders' interests may bring conflict.
While undertaking any business process, it is important for the management concerned to consider all stakeholders in the organization.
