Simon Sinek’s talk or presentation How great leaders inspire action is among the Ted Talks that have garnered the greatest number of viewers. The 18 minutes clip has been viewed more than 31 million times, and as more people discover it, this number is expected to rise not only because of what he talks about but also because of how he embodies the image of an impactful orator. Simon is a soft-spoken individual who made his talk easy to follow and pleasant to listen to. He began by asking two questions before getting deeper and expounding his topic further. By using questions at the start, Simon managed to capture the audience’s attention which made it easier for him and the audience as well to proceed to the gist of the talk. In the introduction, Simon also used common examples which are indeed familiar with every person.
