Sama’s Blow Dry Bar beauty parlor company that will operate in Jeddah, a Saudi Arabian city located in the coastline of the Red Sea.  The company plans to operate as a corporate entity in order to separate legal entities from its owners and well members of the public to subscribe on its shares. The company plans to commence its operations later in November, 2017 after completing meeting all the registrations requirement. 
Sama’s Blow Dry Bar core products, will include hair shampoo, conditioner, mask, serum, cream and services such as blow drying, massage styling with curler or toning, trimming, and hair treatments. Concerning marketing, the company will only promote its products highly within the Jeddah and partially in the neighboring cities such as Mecca.
Sama’s Blow Dry has only one competition in Jeddah from Cherry Blow Dry Bar. However, Sama’s Blow Dry Bar has managed to differentiate itself from the competitors through prices, quality of products and services, working hours as well as keeping up with trendy designs and styles. In relation to the human resource department, the company will hire 22 employees, among them including departmental managers and subordinates employees who be interviewed, hired oriented and trained to establish a reliable organization culture. Through performance appraisal, Sama’s Blow Dry will manage to motivate and retain to avoid frequent employees turnover.

Sama’s Blow Dry Bar will be beauty a Parlor Company located Al Tahlia Street in Jeddah, South Arabia.  Jeddah provides a lucrative potential market because of its strategic coastline location near the red sea and a modern Commercial Centre and doorway for pilgrimages to the Islamic holy cities Mecca and Medina. Sama’s Blow Dry Bar rests in the fastest growing segment of the burgeoning industry. In addition, The Al Tahlia street is ideally located in the heart of Jeddah’s shopping and commercial districts. The company has a simple business system an operational model that will streamline the operations of the dry bar alongside salons. 
The business will operate between 9: 00 AM to 5:00 PM on working days (Monday-Thursday?) and between 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday but the bar will remain closed on Friday since it is a holy day. This time is set long enough to capture both early risers and the late customers. The time set also includes proper time management to ensure the employs are punctual and discipline as well for planning and forecasting. Also, the time will stipulate the average amount of time a customer can receive blowout service.
The company’s core products will include hair shampoo, conditioner, mask, serum, cream, treating as well as the curling iron.  The products are available for both sale and application to our customers. The services include;

As such this will structure will oblige the business to comply with more regulations and tax requirements, it is the best structure as it offer grounds for expansion and growth. Also, the structure will grant the company the ability to raise money. For example, Sama’s Blow Dry Bar can raise money by selling off shares to the public or seek loan advances from corporate institutions (Cressy, 2010).
Basing on the SWOT analysis, Sama’s Blow Dry Bar has distinctive strengths and weaknesses. One of the strength is that the company plans to establish a strong identity that will have affinity with the locals in Jeddah. Also, Sama focuses on offering standard training to all its employees on the quality of service offering and products sells. Another strength include, offering unique environment for clients alongside extended salon hours. The dry bar will focus on offering timely services tailored to accommodate each clients’ busy lifestyle. Lastly, there is not a lot of similar competition. On the other hand, Sama expects to suffer from a few weaknesses as well. One of the weakness is the high substitute affinity on our services such as the blow dry as it can be offered by a client’s personal hairdresser at home styling tools and products.  Another weakness is that the dry bar profitability is restricted to a capacity of 12 seats at a time in the starting year of operation. Also, the expected start-up cost required is to set up the salon in such a strategic location is high and this is a major weakness. Lastly, another weakness is that it might prove difficult earn new customers as many tend to remain loyal to the hair stylist.
Operations
The company’s is planned to open in November, 2017 as there are several pre-opening activities that involves certification of the company and renovations on the premises. In particular, the company can commence its operations fully after receiving the certificate of incorporation. However, with the certificate of registration, Sama’s Blow Dry Bar can engage (Cressy, 2010). Some pre-opening activities include contracting with suppliers and conducting products promotions that aim at informing the locals about the incoming product and service in town. Another pre-operations will include the acquisitions of capital expenditure, an aspect that makes the initial start-up cost to be high. In that case, the business will set up the salon with chairs, sinks for shampooing, marrows, front desk, and shelving for the products to sell. Blow dry essential equipment, store fixtures, sound systems security systems and the cash register that allows the use of both debit and credit cards as a point of sales system. The blow dry equipment include, salon trolley, towel cabinets, back cover chairs, salon color tray, table lamp, headrest, shampoo shuttle, shampoo bowl, shampoo cabinet, shampoo pedestal, styling station , round mirrors and wavy mirrors.  In addition, the security systems will include apparatus such alarm panels, metal detectors, sirens annunciators and other types of sensors.
Concerning inventories, Sama’s Blow Dry Bar will commence with the core products, that are used to provide the services which include diffusers, conditioning foam,  shampoo,  conditioner, Heat and UV protectors, brightening cream, hydrating shots, treatment oil, sprays shine cream ,hair spray, blow dryers, curling iron, styling iron,  ceramic brush, hair clips and travel kit pack. In addition, a supply of products will be purchased for sale to customers. Apart from using physical stores, the company will sell the products through online platforms, where orders will be delivered to customers preferred destination as well as the through on-shelf retail store method, where customers can visit the premises and make purchases.
