I received positive feedback from group members and significant advice necessary for improving my report. However, most members supported the concepts and the strategy used. For instance, every member was satisfied by the descriptive nature of my introduction and how it summarized the overall project. Besides, they were amazed at how I interconnected growth and other company elements. The introduction of the healthcare facility is an essential element in every project since it defines every activity and how it would be achieved (Williams, 2018). However, the key aspect that the group members were not satisfied with was identifying the health setting or the company. For instance, I stated that the company focuses on an acute care organization without establishing a specific name. Most group members stated that it would be better to specify the organization instead of generalization. Therefore, in the future, I would improve the report by introducing the company to provide the reader with a comprehensive understanding of the company. Besides, I would also focus on specific entry strategies that would lead to expanded growth and development. Consequently, being specific would allow the readers to correlate whether ambulatory services would bring more revenues to the organization or not.
Additionally, the group members insisted that my entry strategies are effective, but I should link them to the provided alternatives. I do not embrace the idea since I focused on strategic acquisition, which can be achieved by embracing the alternatives provided.
