CARES Act (Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security)

The world is undergoing a greate crisis. We are entering a new cultural age thanks to the development of technology, and the governments cannot keep up in updating its policies and implementing law enforcement. Because of Covid-19, many people have lost their jobs. Many businesses closed, quarantine were imposed, and social gatherings were banned. This has made a huge impact upon the people.
The Congress has already launched the CARES act (Coronavirus Aid,Relief, and Economic Security) It has a 2 Trillion budget allocated for relief measures for state and local governments, businesses, and individuals who are suffering from the pandemic. The act includes in its package a moratorium on federally supported mortgage loans foreclosures. There are many elements who are putting an effort in keeping the economic balance, such as Federal Housing Administration, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and other legal agencies. This allows many people to reguest forebearance up to 90 days if they submit evidences proving financial hardship.
This would mean that landlords who are recipients of the CARES act are legally not allowed ...
