What was easy about the preparations for the presentation was being able to understand what is to be communicated and the intended outcome of the message delivered. What seemed hard was the ability to put the ideas and the thoughts into writing and delivering them.
Potential problems which might appear in a face to face professional presentation are the voice projection or the tone which may not be audible, personal outlooks, facial expressions and gestures which may convey a different meaning than the one intended while in an online professional situation once an individual writes a statement, she/he does not get a second chance to put the statement in a different way.
