It also offers a means to measure the service, and rules as well as regulations that will follow these provisions if the levels of services are not attained. First, it is mandatory to pay attention to SLA when choosing a cloud hosting vendor. This paper aims to compare two leading cloud hosting vendors, Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services (AWS). They are key actors in the cloud computing business, providing a variety of services, and hence could be suitable study subjects. The key performance metrics used by cloud hosting vendors to make sure reliable and convenient cloud services are available will be viewed in this article. Whereas, Google Cloud and AWS would be measured using the same set of criteria, an analysis will specifically focus on uptime guarantees, response times, data durability, and support response to incidents. A recommendation for each aspect shall follow.
