As an HR professional, I would love the company to hire candidates carefully and wisely after going through all CVs or resumes. Ideally, the management should give a chance to both males and females to work in a professional, sustainable and productive environment, and for this purpose, the selection should be done on the basis of how qualified, skilled and experienced a person is (Getting the Right Job, 2012). I have found different cases of discrimination, which I do not think is a good idea, as there should be no room for discrimination in the company. People belonging to all castes, ages, religions, and backgrounds should be allowed to apply for their favorite positions, and during interview and test, their skills can be gauged. If the company has to hire multiple people to do the same job, then they should all have the same degree and experience level. Fo...
