Why is it important to evaluate communications and sales effects?
Evaluating the effects of communication and sales is important because it determines if there is an increase in brand recognition. It also measures the attitude change of brand and increases brand awareness. Measuring these three factors helps in indentifying if there is increase in sales turnover to determine profit as customers will be attracted towards a product during advertising campaigns.
