Therefore, Blockbuster management should be ready for any changes in technology. However, the company must have innovative and creative employees who can oversee what the market will be like in the future. Nevertheless, for Blockbuster to stand the chance of succeeding in the future, it has to reward the innovative employees in the firm. Therefore, in the case study of blockbuster Inc., the management has to understand the threat and opportunity to save the future of the company (Almeida, 2011). Once the administration understands the risks and opportunities of the firm, it will shape what the firm will undertake in the future. Consequently, the timing of the companies' decision and management innovation determines how successful the company will be in a different environment. Subsequently, with the rapidly changing environment and technology, Blockbuster must have many resources, especially well-motivated employees. The firm should perform changes efficiently and strategically.
