Businesses in New Zealand have experienced adverse disruptions due to the outbreak of Covid-19, and this has had effects on the domestic economy. Some of the sectors majorly affected are tourism, seafood, forestry, as well as export, and import sectors. The tourism sector has been affected by the ban on international travels. The country receives visitors mainly from Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom ans many others. Therefore, tourism is the backbone of the country’s revenue generation. The table below shows the tourism statistics of the country.
