Paint Masters Inc. intends to be a top of the art interior and exterior housing and commercial painting entity that intends to meets the needs of the market trends today. There are hardly limited enterprises in this painting business, with the few existing suffering significant problems in the market. Some of the problems these companies face are poor scheduling of job projects and also poor retention of quality skilled employees that would meet the growing needs of clients. Painting is mainly unprofessionally done in many areas thus leading to mediocrity in the industry. Many painters reportedly have no basic skills on this trade and perform dismally in the job market.
Just like art, painting requires skill and expertise. This industry has suffered a major blow as a result of this, a factor that results in shoddy projects that have totally put at stake the confidence of clients leading to lower customer contentment. We believe that upon launching our operations and by implementing strategies that will address these problems, we will in a large scale gain favor in the local market. Strategic Contribution
As earlier mentioned, many companies in this industry, including painting contractors suffer some major problems that Paint Masters Inc. will significantly improve upon and exploit to its advantage. Scheduling of job contracts has been a major challenge for the few paint companies that exist in this industry, with many contractors finding it extremely difficult to maintain defined established schedules with their customers. This aspect leads to the dissatisfaction of a client and retaining these customers becomes a tremendous challenge. Poor management, less reliable employees and delays in inventory procurement and distribution is the primary cause of all this.
Secondly, retaining skilled, reliable and motivated personnel is another blow to this industry. Many painting companies rely on temporary/ unprofessional employees who are paid on a casual basis a factor that leads to poor service delivery. With all this challenges, Paint Masters Inc. anticipates to instituting the procedures that will sell our services to the customers at a higher level. We will create a position of inventory with the aim of coordinating the projects available. The company will also employ a dedicated project onsite manager who will handle projects and quality control issues in relation to customer satisfaction.
Paint Masters Inc. will also ensure that professional and disciplined employees are sourced a factor that will guarantee our client’s appreciation in all projects handled. To be relevant in the job market, we will also manage all tenders and train our personnel to meet the growing trends in the market. Our enterprise will also dwell on creating an after sale service that will follow up on all the projects we undertake.
