Executive Summary
Coffee Files is not like any other café. It can be distinguished from a typical café due to the services that it offers. Coffee Files does not only provide high-speed internet access to customers but also provides an ambient environment to chitchat with your friends and loved ones. Computer services, along with a variety of PC games, are also offered. There is an increasing need for Internet access due to the amount of information obtained online and a venue to socialize with colleagues. Coffee Files is a response to the increasing demand for such services. This marketing plan aims to outline programs, strategies, and tactics in turning the sales goals of Coffee Files into reality.
Marketing is crucial to the success of Coffee Files. Coffee Files must create a brand through the services it provides by endorsements and promotions on social media platforms, print advertising, radio, and local television. The focus of the plan is the growth strategy of the company, recommending ways to build brand loyalty, maintaining existing customer relationships, and developing new services targeting a specific population. An emphasis will be put on experience, staffing, and customer satisfaction to do this (Beltran, 2017).
Situation Analysis
Coffee Files began its business operations just a few months ago. Our business runs well, and customers’ satisfaction is beyond expectations. However, focused efforts are still needed in carrying out the programs, strategies, and tactics as written in the original business plan (LaPointe, 2006).
We distinguish ourselves from other typical cafes through the food and beverage side of the said business. Through this, Coffee Files has able to compete among others effectively. Sales are in line with the predicted outcomes.
High-speed internet access is increasingly becoming in demand and needed by the local community in which the business operates. Loyalty memberships offered are in line with the sales goals as well as the internet and computer services. University students usually pull out an all-nighter, some availing Internet services, and people from the local community would stop for a dessert while checking their emails or any updates online.
Marketing objectives
During the first two years of operations, the following are the Coffee Files marketing objectives:
* Growth of annual sales up to 10%
* There should be diversity in the services offered as protection against any predicted outcomes in the revenue system.
* The establishment of academic programs aims to build loyalty among customers.
* Increase the enthusiasm of staff and employees as they assist Coffee Files customers through their knowledge of the internet.
* The Coffee Files brand should be built and established to the point that its name becomes a part of the local community’s daily lives.
