To target millennials and women, the company can collaborate with online content creators to promote the product.

A business should ensure that its SEO is optimized such that it has web content on all major platforms. Consequently, it is easier for the consumers and potential customers to notice the brand. Women and millennials rely on online spaces to find information on products. Therefore, having content ahead of the search query increases the probability of an increase in sales.
Brand Loyalty.
Apart from offering quality products and services, a company needs to build brand loyalty among its consumers constantly. The company will offer incentives such as token discounts and rewarding schemes to regular and loyal consumers to increase interest in the brand. This tool is effective as it will promote repeat business and strengthen its loyalty and brand.
Understanding customer demographics.
Successful companies understand the need to have information on the likes and dislikes of the demographic they cater to. This company has identified millennials and women as the primary target; therefore, any marketing strategy appeals explicitly to the two demographics. The marketing will mostly rely on beauty products, while online marketing will shape interactions with the millennials.
