Organizational behavior is a crucial aspect of every organization regardless of their sizes. The management is entitled with the responsibility of ensuring that all the employees are in a safe and conducive environment. Organizational behavior is described as that study by the management team. On the influence as well as the impact that individual employees, groups, and the overall organizational structure have on the general behavior within and outside the organizations' environment (Inghilleri & Solomon, 2010). The current business environment has been changing rapidly; managers are faced with the challenge of understanding the different human behaviors portrayed by the employees. They have to engage in more accurate structure and used the past experiences to analyzes the current behavior and become adaptive in the highly competitive market (Youssef, 2011).
For improved performance in the workplace from any organization, communication skills are an integral part. They help the organization work more efficiently due to building that sense of belonging among employees, and they feel part of the organization's success (Barker, 2010).
