Samsung gained popularity in about 74 countries and has employed over 300,000 people in various assembly and sales stations. Its current customers are individuals between the ages of 15 and 50 who are thirsting for new technological updates and trends. Youths trust the sophisticated features and the satisfaction they gain from using Samsung devices. Also, using the Samsung electronic appliances comes with a sense of gratification and leaves most people thirsting over the products. It also has loyal customers who trust their brand and are willing to spend more on the desired product (Omer, 2019). The loyal clients are also excellent brand ambassadors who can defend the brand on heated social media debates.
What do the customers buy/use of value from the business?
Samsung customers believe that their electronics are rugged, exciting, and have sophisticated features compared to other electronics. The company continuously strives to produce quality products and has an excellent customer care services (Omer, 2019). The durability, ease of repair, and availability make Samsung more appealing to the clients. Also, the price-quality ratio of Samsung products is always reasonable.

Samsung is expected to launch its 5G network in its future products. The network will enhance the faster and user-friendly experience for its consumers (Gardere et al., 2018). The network will deliver high-speed multi-gigabit throughputs and real-time experiences (Omer, 2019). To stand out from its competitors, Samsung will design robust devices with improved chipset technology with great marketing for consumer and electronic appliances.]
