Introduction
It is the goal of every organization, whether business or non-profit making to move forward and attain all set goals. For this to become a reality, there are certain tenets that must be present and which must remain constant. Having a visionary leadership is key and crucial to the achievement of the goals of an organization. This discussion briefly looks at the role of a vision in steering an organization to success.
