It also encompasses selecting and repatriating talent to various destinations in the world. Owing to a combination of factors, the process often proves to be complex and strenuous. As a matter of fact, multinational enterprises find staffing as the fundamental problem in global talent management (Tarique et al., 2022). This means that organizations use substantial resources and time to overcome the problem.
One major factor that is a stumbling block to international workforce planning and forecasting is the lack of accurate data regarding labor forces in different countries.
