Luxor Fine Restaurant and Lounge industry was found in 2000 by Mohammed Othman. Mr. Othman studied in US and got a degree in Business Administration. He has decided to start a fine restaurant in city of Dubai. He acquired skills and experience from his father who operated several highly rated restaurants in the United Arab Emirates. He will specialize in differentiating factor to make his restaurant competitive in the market. The restaurant offered healthy food to its customers and provide them with a hookah which is a new idea in the market. Its customers were people in the city and around the city for its popularity.

Luxor Fine Restaurant and Lounge has a business plan to develop by opening a new branch in Sacramento Area. It will be the first to be opened in United States of America. The intent of the restaurant will be definitive business, marketing and financial plan that will serve capital financing and daily business activities. It will be located in Arden area on 1874 Arden Way, Sacramento. This will be targeting customers who will be young and families. Customers will be as a result of the strategic location of the restaurant. The area have a high traffic, surrounded by many shopping centers, such as the Arden mall, numerous shopping strip malls, various authentic restaurants, coffee shops, middle-eastern groceries, and close to CA State University. The attendants and employees of the shopping malls and middle-eastern groceries, students from the university and visitors to the area will be the targeted customers. The restaurant will face competition fro other restaurants located in the area with demographic of either middle-eastern or international ethnicity. Its competitors are offering three similar services to Luxor Fine Restaurant and Lounge services which are food, hookah and free Wi-Fi. However the industry will have an advantage over its competitors in that it offer other services which none of them offers which are; TV entertainment, the free unlimited Wi-Fi and printing services, or laptop rentals.
Ownership and Management
The restaurant will be privately owned by Mr. Othman and therefore legally registered as a solo proprietorship business.
The strength of Mr. O experience and family`s name will be a competitive advantage and asset to the restaurant. Mr. O will serve as the General Manager and Executive Chef of the restaurant. He will employ other management staffs who are highly qualified in management.
Product
Product of the restaurant will be provision of services to its customers. The restaurant will be configured in an elegant but yet having an inviting and cozy atmosphere. Differential of the products will make them different thus offering unique product to its customers. There will be a number of nice tables and chairs inside the restaurant, sections configured to include nice and comfortable booths, chairs, heaters, and fireplaces in the patio, two or three booth dedicated for game playing which will be PS stations, TVs located at viewable areas, hookah served inside and outside the restaurant, laptop rental based on hourly rates, free and unlimited Wi-Fi Internet access, and also free printing services. This will add competitive advantage to the restaurant making it competitive in the market by providing the unmet consumer ‘want`.
Sales & marketing
The restaurant will have a simple strategy which will intend to achieve by giving people a combination of best and interesting food in an appealing wide and varied group of successful customers. The restaurant will create an enticing and entertaining environment to the customers with high quality services at exceptional pricing. Customer service will be the major strategy of retaining and attracting new customers to the restaurant.
